Farm Credit East and Yankee Farm Credit are pleased to announce their regulator, the Farm Credit Administration, has preliminarily approved the proposed merger of the two associations. The merger vote will now go to customer-stockholders for consideration.

The deadline to insure Northeast perennial crops for the 2022 crop year is November 20, 2021. Insurable perennial crops include apples, peaches, grapes, cranberries, blueberries, pears and cherries. Forage losses from natural hazards, especially drought, can be a significant risk for forage and livestock producers. That is why Crop Growers, LLP, is pleased to provide Pasture, Rangeland and Forage (PRF) insurance.
