Informational Webinar for Grape Producers Impacted by the April Freeze

CORTLAND, N.Y. — Grape producers impacted by the late April freeze are invited to join Farm Credit East and Crop Growers, Farm Credit East’s insurance provider, for a free, informational webinar on Tuesday, June 25 at 11:00 a.m. ET. This webinar will discuss the challenges following the freeze event impacting producers across New York and provide attendees with insights to navigate the complexities of the insurance claim process.

In this webinar, specialized Crop Growers crop insurance agents will discuss the repercussions of the April 25, 2024, freeze event on grape crops and how it affects insurance claims. Additionally, a crop insurance claims manager will provide a step-by-step guide through the claim procedure. The session will conclude with opportunity for attendees to have their claims questions answered.
