Farm Credit East Cares Flood Assistance

Farm Credit East stands with all those in our region impacted by the heavy rains and resulting floods since the beginning of July.

As a cooperative specializing in agriculture, forest products and fishing, Farm Credit East understands the unpredictability of the industries we serve. Just as we would work with members facing drought, low prices or other challenges, we’re committed to working with customers who have been impacted by recent weather events.

If you are having challenges or anticipate having financial hardship, please reach out to your Farm Credit East representative. Farm Credit East will work with customers impacted by the floods or other challenges on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course forward for your operation.

Financial Assistance

Farm Credit East is pleased to join with our funding bank, CoBank, and Farmer Mac to offer financial assistance of up to $500 to impacted producers. For more information, read the full press release announcement here.
