Farm Credit East Presents Webinar: 2025 Northeast Apple Outlook
ENFIELD, CONN. — Northeast apple growers are invited to attend a free Farm Credit East webinar on Thursday, April 17 at 12 p.m. This webinar will provide a recap of the Northeast apple industry in 2024, as well as economic projections for the year ahead.
The past few seasons have been challenging for the U.S. apple industry. Increasing production and decreasing exports have caused prices to fall at a time when input costs have been skyrocketing. Fortunately, innovations in technologies and techniques have dramatically increased productivity, allowing growers to do more with less. Join Chris Gerlach, of USApple for a deep dive into the prevailing trends and forces shaping the U.S. apple industry now and for years to come.
The apple outlook webinar taking place on April 17 is free to attend, however registration is required. Visit FarmCreditEast.com/Webinars to register. Contact Chris Laughton at (800) 562-2235 or Chris.Laughton@farmcrediteast.com for more information.
