Farm Credit East hosted Mark Cannella of the University of Vermont in a recent webinar looking at the Maple syrup and sugar industry in 2025.
Mark highlighted the current issues and strategic planning that maple industry working groups are currently engaged in. He discussed how the industry is approaching climate change, market development, improving statistics and other policy items that will impact the maple industry.
