Presenting this webinar will be Mark Cannella, extension associate professor from the University of Vermont, who will discuss the current issues and planning that maple industry working groups are currently engaged in. Mark will highlight several active committees of the International Maple Syrup Institute to explore how the industry is approaching climate change, market development, improving statistics and other policy items that will impact the mid-term outlook for industry development.
